Welcome to Epoxy Art and More. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products and Handmade Variations
Our products are handmade in Arizona. Because many items are handcrafted from natural materials such as wood, stone, ceramic, and resin, variations in wood grain, color, texture, pattern, and other details are normal and make each piece unique. Product photographs are intended to accurately represent our items, but slight variations may occur.
One-of-a-Kind Items
Products identified as one-of-a-kind are the exact or substantially represented item shown in the listing and are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified and the purchase price will be refunded.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information when placing an order. Please review names, dates, spelling, and other requested information carefully. Personalized or custom-made items generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error in the personalization.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. Payment is required at the time an order is placed.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Epoxy Art and More is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy posted on this website. Please review that policy before making a purchase.
Product Use and Care
Customers are responsible for following any care or use instructions provided with a product. Natural wood and handmade resin products may change slightly over time or with exposure to moisture, heat, sunlight, or other environmental conditions.
